Most of us from the aviation industry who joined at an age as early as 18 had no choice but to pursue our studies through correspondence. Well, it is not a bad choice at all.
You can do your Masters too after completing graduation..while you are flying!
Cabin crew manage to get enough time for their studies, though patterns are tough and abrupt but you dont take any work home ,like many other jobs.
You get enough time, even on night halts ,to study and prepare for exams..you just need to prioritize, you can STUDY and REST instead of SHOPPING!
You can avail your earned leave for your exams! many of us have managed it this way.
The airlines encourage further studies and enhancement of crew members, you might be lucky to take LWP if it is a specialized course , you must know how to convince them to get that leave!
In fact you MUST complete your graduation and go ahead for post graduation too, it will help you take up better opportunities in the airline if you are qualified.
You can look up for a switch in department after a few years of flying …it could be any, depending on the requirement and qualification- Finance, HR, Management (with different profiles) , training , Marketing and many more…

With 2 decades of work experience in varied fields i still feel it just started yesterday when I joined the Aviation industry and amalgamated in that environment. However, there is lots more to achieve, lots more to learn ...and I am still on a journey to experience things that I have always wanted to...I realised after a few years of my job that Training was my first love because I had begun my professional journey from there...so I went back to my love and thoroughly enjoy every bit of it!
