Read about the interview requirements, follow blogs, posts etc.attend workshops, seminars, career guidance session etc.
No formal aviation training is required. Aviation training is imparted when you become a part of an airline, so just make sure the following requirements are met…and that’s it!
- Physical attributes- weight height criteria. Spotless skin. personal hygiene , neat nails, clean hair, unblemished skin.
- Communication skills- Prepare and practice- you must be able to answer every question with confidence. Use of correct language is a must.
- Body language- Positive body language …how you conduct yourself, facial expressions…..all make a difference.
- Grooming- well groomed personality- neat hair do, formal attire, shining shoes…remember !you have to dress up for an interview…not a wedding!
- Make up- Girls must focus on nice decent make up , don’t over do! It should make you look better …keep this in mind!
- Answers- as mentioned above, preparation is a must, if you have a language issue, take classes to improvise, otherwise practice as many question answers as you can . Remember- How you speak and what you speak - both matter a lot.
